Hi, my name is Dino Mascolo. I have been the owner, then President, of Window Care, Inc. since 1989. During that time I’ve been dedicated to running this business with honesty and integrity. My meticulous nature has always been appreciated by my customers. Many people have been continually using my service for as long as I’ve been in business.
Our number one goal is to have people call us back and recommend us to their friends. We promise to return and touch-up any work that’s not satisfactory. Protecting property, landscaping and furnishings is also a top priority. I’ve heard many horror stories over the years about other window cleaning companies making a mess inside people’s homes. We don’t let employees work inside without months of experience or close supervision.
Although we service any size residence, my experience with commercial and high-rise window cleaning has given me the unique ability to tackle the most difficult homes. We clean anything that is glass including mirrors, skylights, crystal chandeliers, and light fixtures. We always do the screens and sills. We are very familiar with alarm screens. All of our employees are covered by workers compensation insurance. Our pricing is based on number of windows, how much time we think the job will take, accessibility and difficulty.
